Our project is working on developing a breast cancer screening program affiliated with Hospital Bernard Mevs in Port au Prince. We are following the parameters for breast cancer screening in limited resource countries outlined by the Breast Health Global Initiative. The model is clinical breast exam with ultrasound for patients with positive findings. We have pathology capability established and breast surgeons on-site. We also have the ability to stage patients with both ultrasound done locally and CT on-site which is interpreted pro bono by us via teleradiology. In March 2015, we ran two weeks of training of the local docs by  US-based Women's Imagers. We screened ~400 symptomatic patients, resulting in ~150 ultrasounds and 25 ultrasound-guided biopsies.  We look forward to seeing the results of these current efforts.
